The CMS QRP Discharge Function Score uses 10 GG items scored 01–06 (raw values, range 10–60). Items not part of the QRP measure (Bathing, Dressing, Footwear, Sit to lying, Car transfer, Walk/Wheel 150ft) are excluded. Items coded 07/09/10/88 require statistical imputation in the official calculation.
